Though i had found a good dental clinic but was treated horribly on a recent visit... The employees also seem to think they are doctors as well with diagnosis only a family doctor could make

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently tried to book in with this clinic and according to them they could not book in with me because in 2010 I had missed my maximum allowable amount of missed appointments in this time I was only 18 years old busy working full time but times were tough I didn't have a working phone or vehicle I am certain that I most likely forgot and definitely would have helped recieving a reminder call but as mentioned at that age and through a difficult financial time I had no phone I acknowledge my part and error by not writing it on my calendar and making sure to book the time off work but the year is 2022 and to be refused due to this seems a bit ridiculous not to mention I am more than willing to pay missed appointment fee's so it seems kind of unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have extremely damaged teeth after a long health battle. The combination of strong medications and continuous dehydration had lead to 4 extractions and 10 fillings on the lower jaw, and 13 extractions with a replacement denture for the upper jaw. I've had to spend countless hours in the dental chairs, had countless more freezing needles, had to take antibiotics for an infection at one lower extraction site.
The dental/denture team at Precision Dental has made that scary story into an efficient, honest and positive experience. The pain associated and the infection were both handled swiftly without making me feel bad for asking questions and for a little help when I needed it. Dr Common is a fantastic dentist. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Kind and easy to talk to. The entire staff is very nice and very good at their jobs. Not once was I uncomfortable. Never had to wait long. This is a lot of money being invested into my teeth of all things. This Team and the excellent work they're doing is worth it. I know I am getting the best possible work that can be done. I'm lucky to have found such a great dentist and dental team. Thank you all for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for at least 5 years. Everything was great bad great reviews then too. The original lady dental assistant i had was amazing. She was so nice. I told her i had high anxiety about my teeth and hated showing them at all. High anxiety about needles and pain. She made me feel comfortable and safe and helped me through all that fear. Last few years i didnt go as often but i had different assistants coming in an out looking at my teeth and leaving. made me feel so uncomfortable. This time i made an apt for a tooth that had me in excruciating pain. I mean excruciating!! I couldnt eat anything without pain for weeks. They couldnt get me in for a little over a week. Once i came in they proceeded to tell me they were going to work on multiple OTHER teeth then work on that 1 tooth thats been giving me pain. I LOST it and LEFT. I' m sorry but anybody would with having to deal with that aweful pain for weeks. Why was i on the "emergency" wait list to begin with if they werent going to work on that tooth that needed fixing to begin with at my appointment date? Then jave to wait another 2 weeks for another appointment for that tooth? Called up a different Dental place, I am lucky enough to have the appointment coming up in the same week. Thank god. Wouldnt wish this pain on anyone.
