At that time I was told that they would get back to me in a week or so to make an appointment for the quote. About 12 days later I received a phone call but had no chance to get back to them yet. Today a man showed up unannounced without making an appointment and admonished my 79 year old mother that I should have at leaad him called back. He was there to do a quote even though I hadn't even made an appointment yet. I could understand if I had made an appointment and then blew him of, but you don't show up unannounced and talk nasty to an older person who had nothing to do with it. Obviously I will not want him back to do anything at my property

In 2013 I was very pleased with the first service and they have continued to exceed my expectations leading up to my last service in Jan. 2021. We paid for this thorough report to give to our neighbour so that the rest of our neighbours didn't lose all their trees the way we did. We appreciate that the report included pictures of the neighbour's hedge, what they could do to save their hedge, and included several treatment options. Precise Pruning is probably the most knowledgeable arborist I've met, and I've met many through my work and hobbies.

We are on an acreage and for the last 5 years have contacted Arborists in the Calgary area for quotes. Some would quote but never show up to do the work. Rod can out and injected the tree and it has never been better. Got call from Elaine this spring for follow up service call to assess tree for next treatment. Rod was out today to measure tree. Rod walked the yard as well, made suggestions on our hedge and fruit tree and cut a branch off another tree adjacent to the deck. The trim improved the shape balance of the tree. The group does the extra. They have my business.

Working with the "A" Team Precise Pruning (accurately named) removed 2 very old, 85' Poplars in 1 day, on a small inner city lot with virtually no work space and neighbouring homes on each side. But Rod loves trees, and will move mountains to save them. The consultations are thoughtful, mindful of the budget, and aimed at producing the best result.
