★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company. Parked at the Moxie's and something happened where my license plate did not get registered. I disputed the ticket and sent pictures to the email dispute showing the receipt was paid for and the time I got there was 12:42 pm and the time we left was 1:29 pm. The ticket was issued at 1:10 pm. Despite sending this info, they still said it was due to the vehicle not being registered? Which the owner of the vehicle has no control over? I phoned and spoke to a Supervisor who advised that the receipts (yes I sent 2, once from when we got there and one from the payment receipts) were not sufficient as they could be forged! I then proceeded to show the credit card statement that specifically shows the exact same payment amount, the date and specifically says Moxie's Kamloops. I will keep everyone updated on the outcome. Let's see if they come to their senses and drop the ticket.
