★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with the consulting and information they provided , there inspector attended our home spent a hour educating us on the topic of possible asbestos in older homes like ours and didn't charge us any thing , a month latter we ended up hiring them to take samples that tested Negative now our home has a clean bill of health with a clearance letter and lab results , super happy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1930s bungalow had asbestos in the attic and i had no idea how dangerous it is to your health. Michael took the time to educate me on asbestos and when he gave me a quote, he helped me to understand the costs. He helped me to stay under budget as removal is not cheap and the work is highly regulated so very few companies have the certification to do it. Michael and team went above and beyond.. he had his staff pick up keys from me when i couldn't make it out and when it came time for the air monitoring, he helped me to resolve an overbilling issue from the 3rd party company. He walked me through the process on site and showed me the set up. They took pictures and sent me the progress of the work and they went above and beyond to clean up every inch of asbestos found between crevices. I really appreciated the friendly, trustworthy nature of the staff and the depth of knowledge Michael had when it comes to old houses and abatement work involved. PCS was the best priced, very knowledgeable and was willing to work with your budget. Thank you.

They break down the cost perfectly and got the job done so fast. Kimberly's customer service is amazing, really something that is hard to find these days. She is prompt and so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. would give 10 stars if possible!

They have a wealth of expertise ranging from Hazardous Material Removal such as asbestos etc. to project management. I would highly recommend calling PCS for anyone who is thinking about renovating an older home or commercial building before they get too far into the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. First they say their coming on Monday and Monday comes and goes nothing. I call and they say they were camping and it was a mix up next Monday. Then they hack up our garage ceiling beyond repair. They didn't even bother to measure before just hacking into the ceiling ruining it. Then they don't finish the job say their coming back Monday we we don't see or hear from them for a month. So we patched the ceiling and built the wall that was needed and fired them when they finally called a month later. I just found out they put a builder's lean on our house for the balance they didn't earn because the damage to our home and the carpentry work that remained. Plus we didn't get the rebate for insulation in our attic. That was as far bigger loss than balance owed. Terrible business.
