My partner and I, new to Dauphin at the time and huge supporters of shopping local, went to Prairie Supply Co. The owner, who helped us, was rude and condescending. He didn’t know us, and we were not anyone of prominence in Dauphin. It’s funny to us now because we learned he has a thing for California, and we are originally from Orange County. His reaction to a negative review shows a lack of character and any dignity to be better. It’s very Trumpesque and very sad.

And 2) when they get bad reviews, instead of trying to improve, they lash out publicly. Shows poor character.
