We are a new office located in the heart of Virden, MB. Owners, Joe and Karrisa Thiessen are excited to provide high quality, patient-centered dental care to their community. Dr. Joe Thiessen has been practicing in Brandon since graduating from Winnipeg’s faculty of Dentistry in May of 2012. Over the last seven years, Dr. Thiessen has been dedicated to perfecting his clinical skills and patient care. In addition, he has taken many continuing education courses focused on orthodontics, dental implants, oral surgery, and paediatric dentistry.
Dr. Thiessen is known by his patients to have a gentle, calming manner while providing high quality dental care.
At Prairie Life Dental, the patient experience is our top priority. All our staff are passionate about providing excellent service in a warm and caring atmosphere.
We are a kid friendly office and we welcome patients of all ages!

There are plenty of dentists in this area who truly value relationships with their customers and those they've treated for many years and who will not nickel and dime you / overcharge you to death. Dr Patterson's wife was extremely rude and condescending to my husband (a patient of Dr Patterson's for over 20 years). I had previously stopped seeing this dentist due to fees I was charged without first being informed there would be additional fees. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is wonderful, the place is very clean and nice. Dr. Tatiana is great with kids, and is gentle and explains everything without being scary. It's wonderful when your child doesn't fear going to the dentist. The dental hygienists are all great, as well. They go over everything before and during so it's not so overwhelming and the child knows what to expect. Movies to watch while they are having their teeth worked on, is also a nice distraction and helps to pass the time. Highly recommend.
