I help busy women take back control of their lives by addressing their health needs and goals from a deep health perspective that keeps them in line with their deepest core values to ensure long term success. When you become a part of the Powered By You Community, you will know you belong here and will be supported through your journey as you develop confidence in your body and it’s abilities without feeling as though being healthy and fit needs to involve a complete overhaul of your life or mean removing things you love to do or foods you love to eat.

I use a behavior-based model that emphasizes skill building, daily practice and a progressive series of actions. I will help you un-do years of habits that are not serving you and help heal strengthen your relationship with food, movement and your body. Together we will start from the beginning and build you a solid foundation of healthy nutrition and fitness habits to ensure the results you get will be long term - getting you off the "dieting" roller coaster for good!

With over a decade of experience in the health, fitness and nutrition industry I have helped countless women change their habits and maximize their health sustainable and with long term success. No restrictions, no fad diets, no guilt, no over-loading your body with extreme workouts. Using a science-backed approach of cognitive behaviour change and addressing all six dimensions of deep health, we work together to make you the healthiest YOU you never thought you could be.

I have been training with Kait for several years and I can honestly say she is the β€œreal deal.” She is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and very welcoming to people at all stages of health. Kait has done it all: in-person fitness in the park, at the local community hall, at her gym she built from the bare walls, and now pivoting to provide online training in our COVID world. All the while she has been committed to helping her clients attain health and wellness, modifying training as needed to meet your abilities and goals. And she also pushes us to reach beyond our self-limits. One of the best parts about training with Kait is the great community we have, taking her lead and encouraging others. Kait is a very genuine and caring coach. She takes on limited clients so she can give them all the attention they need to reach their goals. She's consistently offering new programming to adapt to online workouts and support as well as educating herself and passing that knowledge to her clients. Kait promotes a community and engaging support system among her members that makes you feel welcome and supported at all times. She really listens to your feedback and adapts to you as an individual. Kait has the ability to connect with every single person she talks to and on every level. She always knows just what to say and always make people feel comfortable confiding in her. She knows what she is talking about and puts alot of effort into making sure people get all the help they need. She is a people person through and through. She strives at helping people reach their goals and going above and beyond to ensure every person is getting the help they need in their own unique situations. She always takes people into account individually and doesn't do a 'one size fits all' type of strategy. She shows everyone what they need based solely on them personally. The PBY program is accessible to all women regardless of their age and ability, the workouts are easy to follow along and will transform your body in ways you never thought were possible. The daily lessons and videos are very informative and align precisely with specific outcomes. This program is empowering and a life changer! Well worth investing in!
