I worked with two other agents in my quest for a new home and Pouria stood out by far, helped us seal the deal on a house that was most suitable for us. What I liked the most about him, was his honesty in expressing his opinion even when it was not in his own advantage. In other words, he did not push us toward decisions just to make the deal happen, and told us about his honest opinion on each property. He is also very informed and knowledgeable about different neighbourhoods and cost of renovations and has good technical knowledge. I wish him the best success as he definitely deserves it and I hope to have his help in our future transactions.

This was our first purchase and like anyone else, being a first time buyer could be stressful and disorienting especially is the current Montreal real estate market . Pouria proved to be the best real estate agent because he listens but also gives sound advice. We never felt pressed to make an offer or felt like he was getting impatient.
