You dont feel like you are under a microscope regarding safety protocols which allows you to enjoy your time compared to other similar places that seem to nag over everything. You still feel safe. People and staff are respectful. One of the best around.

Had a pizza for lunch today and the service was great, our waitress Charlize always made sure our drinks were stocked and the pizza came out hot and tasty.
Was also great to see salads on the menu. I will have to try them all! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very SLOW and seemed to be selective of the tables that received prompt service. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was not great. Noodles were hard an crisp the sauce wasn’t even creamy and the chicken was frozen from the box. Chicken Parmesan was soggy and salty but the water was good!

I mean when when it was taken out of the oven an cut, it's totally visible to this. I wouldnt have let that pass to my customer with those prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Potenzas for dinner. Overall 2 stars is for the drinks, otherwise I would have rated them 1. Drinks were ok, sangria was not like any sangria I’ve ever tasted. Ceasar was good. We ordered 3 things, 2/3 things were “sold out”. Pasta - ravioli and manicotti was extremely basic. Pizza was good. Service was pretty sad. The servers were pretty but such awful service and super inappropriate. One server was drinking, smoking, swearing and throwing an ashtray at the wall. The phone rang off the hook the entire time we were there, even when the girls weren't busy. One of the cooks was drinking and cooking. Very clearly extremely intoxicated. Also if you don’t like smoking while eating, don’t bother because it stunk in there. Overall atmosphere was nice but super awful service and food. Would only go back for casual drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wicked place to gather with friends. Best pizza ? out in Grand Marais hands down. There's a beautiful patio. Live music on the weekends bar ?is separate from restaurant. Dine in or take out. Order-ahead or simply Reserve tables for a lager crowd. Very clean friendly staff. Fast service. Don't forget to tip the girls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for takeout on Friday and it was to die for. The pizza was hot and delicious. The girl on the phone was nice, helpful, and professional. I came in to pick it up and the price was well worth the amazing pizza I had. I came back on sunday to dine in for the first time. I had the most amazing experience. The service was fast and efficient even though there was only one girl working. She told us about the bands on the weekend and we will definitely be back to check it out!
