The moment I have spoken to Deepak, she made me feel relaxed and she has given a very friendly vibe. This has helped me answer all her initial interview questions without being too nervous! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Students' Union of UBC Okanagan (SUO of UBC) was referred to Potentia HR from another local firm. Quickly, we were able to meet with Tanja to overview the needs of our organization. She promptly connected us with one of their engagement consultants, Louis-Philippe Lavoie (LP). Him and I connected within less than 24 hours and he was able to begin to assist us with our needs promptly. Over the next couple of months Pontentia assisted our organization in both HR concerns and lead an amazing hiring process. As an not-for-profit organization, we have very specific processes and LP did a great job in quickly learning the nuances of Students' Unions. Overall, our experience with Potentia has led us to continue a working relationship with them for our HR needs.
