Sandra took the time to really listen to me, question what I was saying and helped me figure out what really mattered to me. Together we set goals and with her support I have been achieving them. She's always there when I need to share a laugh or a cry and doesn't pass judgement. Covid has slowed me down a little but I know where I'm headed and with time I will get there. Sandra, I can not thank her enough for helping me gain perspective and encouraging me to follow my dreams!

She was able to answer all my questions and was also able to explain to me what I was doing wrong and how it was slowing down my recovery process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with a life coach. It was amazing! The recommendations I received from Sandra were great and I’m going to follow through with my plan. If you’re looking for help in organizing your tasks you should definitely see Sandra.
Joey was fantastic! My headache is gone and I strongly recommend booking an appointment! He is the absolute best- I feel so much better than I did before!

He checks in to make sure you aren't comfortable with the amount of pressure/technique. Best massage I've ever had. The staff are also so nice and accommodating. Love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joey Smith, RMT has a unique approach to helping you. He is very thorough with getting all of your information and how you are doing physically. His massage was one of the best I have had. He really wants to help you become pain free and is such a caring person.
Viktoria was very helpful and gave me wonderful recommendations. Kristina at the reception was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. I am so happy to have found Positive Wellness!
