★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfait,ne prenne pas la peine de corrigé l erreurs d un employé incompétent qui vent une porte d'entrée avec de la quincaillerie de piètre qualités et ne veux pas la changé pcq en petite ligne ( la peinture n étais pas garanti....) Du contrat me dis ton . mais l orsque tu achète une porte de qualité y me semble que tu met également la qualité sur la quincaillerie.Domage car la non responsabilité du service après-vente et un mauvais employés fais que plus jamais nous ne ferons de publicité et d achat à cette entreprise qui me semblais pourtant sérieuse et competante....
Dissatisfied, do not bother to correct the errors of an incompetent employee who sells a front door with poor quality hardware and does not want to change the pcq in a small line (the paint was not guaranteed .... ) From the contract tell me your. but when you buy a quality door, it seems to me that you also put quality on the hardware, a shame because the non-responsibility of the after-sales service and bad employees mean that we will never again advertise and buy this product. company which seemed to me however serious and competent ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sur 4 thermos installé en juin 2020,ils en ont remplacé 2 quelques semaines plus tard, défectueux,et j en ai un 3iemes qui a de la buée a l intérieur et ils refuse de le remplacer, parce que d après eux c est juste garantie un an..faque pour vos portes et fenêtres, regardé ailleurs..j ai fait une plainte a OPC .a suivre., problème réglé a ma satisfaction en février 2022 merci portes et fenêtres BM.
Out of 4 thermoses installed in June 2020, they replaced 2 a few weeks later, defective, and I have a 3rd one that has fog inside and they refuse to replace it, because according to them it is just guaranteed one an.. faque for your doors and windows, looked elsewhere.. I made a complaint to OPC. to follow up., problem solved to my satisfaction in February 2022 thank you doors and windows BM.
