★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're having a bad day, The service Canada security agents will brighten your mood with the way they ask their questions and present you for your business with them. Oh my dayyssss!!! Did I mention the Telus representative I met their? I almost beat myself for not grabbing her name. But not to worry, I will go once again to see if I can get it and edit my review. She's the best at explaining and giving you what you need while putting into consideration what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall always had people outside asking you for cigarettes and money. And when that's not happening, there are people either trying to steal from you, or sell you recently stolen goods. There is a lot of drug deals that happen here in the front and the back. The security in the mall is questionable too, because when a problem occurs, they generally just make people aware of their presence and hope that situations naturally de escalate, instead of actually intervening for the safety of the general public. The listing poorhouse is so bad, that they had to install high frequency speakers outside as a sad attempt to keep young people from hanging around for long, which is not ideal considering there is a major bus hub literally right on front. I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. Not a safe place to be after 4 pm.

Just got to get the majority of the clients if they have been that , and we can recognize the sight for a shopping and meeting plc and not a lot for the rest kids or other people in our crime ridden Core community.
Service people may have a changed respect for the other people who are the only ones that are sick and tired of being used for their own integrity and intimidated by the time they are already reaching deeper into there bugeted britches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall used to be a great place. But now it feels a little run down and it's very empty. Back in the day the IMAX was still open but now they have shut it down. If they would up the security and more businesses would come to the mall, it could be a great place once more.
