Tracy, the owner, is an amazing person with a deep love of dogs and has served many years as a vet tech. The resort is very nice and super clean and is located in a rural area. The kennels are large, with heated floors, dog beds and tv's to watch! The outside are is a large fenced yard with many shades areas and a doggy pool to cool off in. Although I didn't see the trail, there is a nice wooded lot behind the kennel that they dogs for walks in. The rates per night are more than affordable! It was clear that my girl loved her time, was well spoiled and happy. Tracy was very smitten and loved having Freya there. I would consider this kennel the perfect place with the perfect people to take care of your loved doggos! Port Robinson Pet Resort is a total gem!

Dogs came back super happy so I know they had a great stay! Kennel is so clean and maintained and my dogs were able to stay together :)

I have two vets in the family so I know. what to look for in terms of service and conditions. The kennels are spotlessly clean; the dogs have a good area for their runs and the place is well designed. Tracy is amazing. I have never before had a report on my dog's stay, but I had a very detailed report on her behaviour, moods, feeding and personality. Tracy and her husband even changed their routine to more comfortably accommodate the dogs during the high temperature and humidity. A first rate place and I wish she had been there years ago.

A	Allison Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sweet Eddie stayed with Tracy in November and IT WAS AMAZING!! I contacted her a week and a half before our trip and she was able to help us out. We went for a tour a few days before Eddie's stay and Tracy was wonderful with Eddie. He cuddled into her lap while we were talking, it warmed my heart that he was comfortable with her. While we were away (just a weekend), Tracy provided updates about his eating and sleeping. I felt so comfortable leaving Eddie with Tracy. I will definitely leave Eddie here again! :) Thanks again Tracy!!
