★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's sad that we are losing so much due to the rising waters. I was there the other day and noticed the sand bags out but they wont stop it if the water raises much higher. Its completely blocked off with fences due to safety hazards and the ever rising waters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the area, I especially love taking my dog Ziggy there for a walk. I love walking along the water with my boyfriend and our dog. It helps to take my mind off of whatever is bothering me. Just a little edition due to COVID, you must provide ID to verify that you are a resident of St. Catharines. People from out of town are not permitted onto the property until further notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lighthouse on the EAST side of the Port Dalhousie waterway is accessible by car and walkway along the Waterfront Route. The marina and yacht club restaurant is also located on the east side. A lovely spot for sunset views and relaxing on one of several benches.
As of April 2020, fencing on the East side prevents cars from the usual parking spaces or a good view. Construction makes it worse, before it gets better! Being patient here...soon the construction will be complete!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pretty lighthouse but too bad people have sprayed graffiti all over the base of it. Hopefully this gets cleaned up. Lovmvely spot to watch sunsets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet place for a tranquil walk. Simply sitting on the bench gazing into Lake Ontario calms me down. Besides, the lighthouses live up this pier.
