★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give negative stars i would. my bf got food poisoning from here, we called to complain and all the manager had to say was “he must be allergic to something”. asked for the GM number to call, and after being on hold for 10 minutes i was finally spoken to again, and was told i had two options. either i could get credit for my food, or get a letter from the hospital. after making my choice, he took my name and then hung up on me without another word. horrible customer service and they have zero care or respect for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Popeyes location. They always have delicious, fresh chicken and sandwiches and the customer service and management is outstanding. The drive- thru is always quick. Pavan is such a sweetheart and is always so welcoming! Best spot for fried chicken in town.

They attempted to give me regular chicken because they didn’t have any “ready”. I told them I was happy to wait for a fresh “drop” but they were still out pink on the first bite. Had to toss away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the reviews are left over a free biscuit, trust me. Every time I go there, I'm offered a biscuit for a 5 star reviews. These guys are gross and neglecting essential health and safety procedures. Chicken is gross and will give you food poisoning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is valuable for money and it tastes very good. I have always loved the spicy chicken sandwich from the Chemong store and will always prefer as compared to the one in Lansdown. Certainly the Chemong store is doing something different that it is such a big hit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a craving for fried chicken. We have enjoyed Popeyes in the past. Very disappointed! Overpriced! Chicken was dry and chewy and basically tasteless not to mention that the chicken itself didn’t taste fresh. We also got biscuits which were also stale and tasted weird and we threw them out. Fries were fine. We can get this cheaper and better at other fried chicken places. With all of the competition out there it would seem like they should try a bit harder to compete. Very disappointed won’t go back! Competition right next door.
