F	FredlocksAsher2012 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as a professional drive i just don't understand why this company cannot pay the driver instantly,. as well as instantly return funds to riders when drivers cancel. In this modern time this company need to step up to the plate and provide instant e-mail money transfer for both riders and Drivers,. They love to quickly take money from potential rides but drivers have to wait 3 to 5 days to get there money,.. this is not just stupid, but also immoral. This company seam to forget that the only reason we offer rides is to cover fuel cost. waiting to get payed after giving someone a ride is just plain unethical

Poparide's terms do say refund in 5-10 days but this is a Friday and I am sure I will not see my money till next week. The money is taken instantly but very slow to return!

U	Umna Razi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service..I completed my trip from Toronto to Montreal and didn’t get paid for 2 passengers..it is not my responsibility to verify passengers banking info..they told me that the passengers I drove cancel the payment AFTER receiving the ride..UNBELIEVABLE ..Poparide is unprofessional and disappointing..i wish I could 0 stars for the customer experience..avoid this cheat company at all times.
H	HarrY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been giving ride for over 2.5 years now and had no complaints so far. Very easy to use and convenient. People complaining about certain things, grow up. Just follow the policies and you'll be fine. Had no problems with majority of passengers except for very few.

No action taken by Poparide. 2- 2nd ride, driver didn't accept my request but still money $70 is stuck with Poparide. Poparide does not believe in customer service or satisfaction at all.

They picked me up on time in Calgary and I had a great experience with them as we drove to Edmonton. The cost is great - beats the local bus service - the service is very convenient, and slick, and easy to use. I will definitely be telling everyone who'll listen about Poparide!
