★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful park for walking, easy trails, there are a kids playground, tennis court and soccer field here as well.
There are not public washrooms here.
The parking lot is pretty big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful trail with a nice stream of water and cute bridges. I enjoyed the “pause” signs to remind me to breathe and enjoy nature. Easily accessible from Henderson avenue and there’s plenty of street parking even on a nice and warm day. It took about 50 mins with stops.

Great place for sport. You can also walk and/or bike the trails all season.
Parking can be a challenge as it only offers limited number of spots. So if you can carpool with your buddy/family, you'll have more fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trail was great for a nice walk. It was very calm and not crowded on a weekday. It took us almost 50mins to complete the loop with a few stops to take photos. The parking lot near the tennis court entrance was very small. It may be a better idea to park around Forest Park Crescent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 2021 a nice trail with a playground, running stream and lots of bridges. Very nice for walking, cycling is good (except near the exit at church st. As there's lots of stairs.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great long walking trail that is paved for the most part, with guided meditation suggestions along route. It’s perfect for dog-walkers, baby-strolling families, couples and solo hikers. There’s a playground by the Tennis courts good for kids. Great for most seasons though some parts can get really icy during winter.
