★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many many quotes, I finally asked Pollard Windows for a quote. The quote process was easy, professional and fast. I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price(ish). Excellent work on that aspect.
While waiting for the doors, I did call the company once about them and my phone call was returned immediately which I appreciated greatly.
3 months later the doors were installed.
They look amazing from the outside (this isn't a completed photo, The 2nd door handle has yet to go in in this photo, but it just looked so good I couldn't wait).
From the inside though, I was disappointed that there is showing unfinished wood. I was told the doors would be "primed", but I was unprepered for that wood pillar in the middle and around the trim to be in need of paint. I was told by the installers that this is normal. :/ Ok then.
I then needed to sign the completion sheet which is a joke and I am only including this because its ridiculous. Nothing on the sheet was discussed with me and on the next line they ask for a positive review. Lolz.
Overall, this is a good company. So far their product has been satisfactory, it seems to have a good seal, no leaks, blinds work. I have no complaints (other than the unpainted pillar).
Yes, I would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollard came to do a warranty repair on my sliding porch doors and the techs were Adam Bower and Nick. These guys were incredible - such nice guys, so polite, friendly, and professional. They cleaned up as they went along, they explained what they were doing, and what the failure was. Thanks Adam, Nick, and Pollard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased all of our windows and doors from Pollard through our Linwood home package. There was an issue requiring one door to be replaced and this door was ordered July 2021 with anticipated installation fall 2021. Since last July we have called/emailed/called/emailed/called/emailed and each time we are told by Scott Brown that he "will call us right back with an update". Not once has he EVER called back. Our property has seasonal access so when it didn't arrive by the end of last season, we were assured it would be ready for install in the early spring 2022. Yesterday we called again and were told that he was just pulling into the office so he would call back right away with an update. Since that has never happened before we offered to wait on hold until he could go in and get us an update. He refused to hold the line and insisted he would call back and AGAIN he did not. I'm starting to think we will NEVER see this door....my advice based on my experience so far, FIND ANOTHER WINDOW/DOOR PROVIDER! And it disappoints me to say that as someone who grew up in Burlington very familiar with Pollard as a company name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pollard did the windows on our new build house. We had numerous issues with opening mechanisms on multiple windows. We had three issues with panes of glass, all three defective. Multiple windows have silicon over spray on them. Contacted Pollard with my issues and they replied by sending me a quote for service at my cost. When I replied saying I was not looking for a service quote I was looking to speak to someone about defective products they did not reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less stars I would. We ordered window's through our builder and it took well over 9 months and multiple phone calls to get them in. Twice they messed up bringing the correct windows for my son's room . At this point we have still not received this window- so a year now for a window. We still have not received any of the screens even though my builder has been in touch with them multiple times. At this point we have had the windows for about 5 months and already a crack has formed in one of the frames and the service ppl are ghosting my builder. I cannot believe how disappointed I am in this company. To be clear the windows work well, but the service is abysmal. If you could go literally anywhere else you should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pandemic helped me decide not to sell my house so, l decided to have 9 windows and 2 exterior doors replaced. My wife and l were ready to spend some money. Really didn’t care the cost ?.The sales Person did everything in their power to send us somewhere else . So only rating you one star . And a big shout out to Nordic windows they were happy to take my money. Best $ 20,000 i spent , I guess I was to small of an account ?? for Pollard .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installers did a super job yesterday. Both the window and door were installed expertly. They were here bright and early and the job was completed by 4:30. Clean up was excellent and the job looks great. We are both very pleased and satisfied with the work. Please pass on the kudos to the management of Pollard’s. I would not hesitate to use the two installers again. Not to mention Pollard’s excellent products. Outstanding!
