Bref prenez rendez-vous en ligne pour un service dans la liste ou allez ailleurs :(
 I had decided to make it our garage because the team was really nice but for several months, it is unfortunately impossible to speak to someone, the concept of messaging does not seem to work for return calls. In short, make an appointment online for a service in the list or go elsewhere :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai pu rencontré. On prend un rendez-vous pour changer les pneus d'hiver mais on attend extrêmement longtemps. Leur record est de 4 heures d'attentes.
The worst customer service I could encounter. We make an appointment to change the winter tires but we wait extremely long. Their record is 4 hours of expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme partout ils doivent composer avec la pénurie de main d'oeuvre. J'ai eu un problème de frein l'été dernier, j'était certain que c'était une job de frein neuf. Mais non juste un cailloux coincé entre le back-plate et le disque. Facture 39$ taxe incluse. Ils ont gagné ma confiance avec cette visite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not from trois riviers , i qas 3 hours way from home I was need of help with my truck , it was an emergency and a repair for 10 minutes tops to get home . They declined me ans told me to go somewhere else. Very disappointing, thanms for helping. I will be sure NEVER TO COME HERE .
