Des charges de 13$ par pneu me sont identifiées parque les pneus ont été achetés ailleurs. Je poursuis ma prise de rendez-vous. On me demande mon adresse personnelle. Je refuse de la donner. Claude (je crois) à la prise de rendez-vous m'explique que c'est pour ouvrir un dossier. Je refuse de donner ces renseignements personnels. Il me répond très bien, me dis que si je veux un rendez-vous je devrai rappeler et donner mon adresse personnelle puis me raccroche au nez.
 I just called Boucherville to make an appointment to fit new tires on aluminum rims. Charges of $13 per tire are identified to me because the tires were purchased elsewhere. I'm continuing my appointment. I am asked for my home address. I refuse to give it. Claude (I believe) when making an appointment explains to me that it is to open a file.
