★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait appel a leur service afin d'achter une maison. J'ai magasiner les prix et il semblait être un bon parie rapport-qualité prix et aussi valider leur disponibilité pour respecter les dates de la promesse d'achat.
Je n'ai jamais autant été déçu d'un service. J'ai trouvé l'équipe très condescendante. Après plusieurs semaine d'attente sans retour d'appel de leur part pour rendez-vous J'ai écrit un mail pour savoir s'il avait une idée de la date du rendez-vous qui devait être la 1er semaine de février (vers le 5 janvier). J'ai eu comme réponse qu'il revenait de vacance et que j'aurais des nouvelles quand ils auront le temps.
A la fin janvier je n'avais toujours aucune nouvelle de leur part, je renvoie un mail pour me faire dire que le notaire qui s'occupait de mon dossier sera en vacance durant la date établi sur la promesse d'achat!
J'ai fini par avoir un rendez-vous avec un autre notaire de ce bureau, le rendez-vous c'est bien passer. Même si personne ne m'avais avisé que la facture avait monté de 500$.
Jamais je vais retourné dans cette entreprise, leur manque de considération et de respect envers le client est inconcevable.
I used their service to buy a house. I shopped around for prices and it seemed like a good value for money bet and also validated their availability to respect the dates of the promise to purchase.
I have never been so disappointed with a service. I found the team very condescending. After several weeks of waiting without a return call from them for an appointment, I wrote an email to find out if he had an idea of the date of the appointment, which was to be the 1st week of February (around the January 5). I got the answer that he was coming back from vacation and that I would have news when they have time.
At the end of January I still had no news from them, I send back an email to be told that the notary who took care of my file will be on vacation during the date established on the promise to purchase!
I ended up having an appointment with another notary from this office, the appointment went well. Even though no one had notified me that the bill had gone up by $500.
I will never go back to this company, their lack of consideration and respect for the customer is inconceivable.
