★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Première fois que je m'assure avec eux il y a eu un délais de 2 mois avant que je reçoive mes papiers à cause d'une erreur qu'ils ont fait dans l'adresse
2. Ils n'ont jamais modifié l'adresse
3. Lors du renouvellement 2 ans plus tard ils ont toujours la mauvaise adresse donc je ne reçois jamais mes papiers de renouvellement.
4. Lorsque je me rencontre que mes papiers sont échues, je décide de m'assurer avec un autre fournisseur à cause de 1-2-3.
5. Ils me disent que c'est ma faute si eux n'ont pas la bonne adresse et qu'il y aura une balance à payer
6. Je demande à parler avec un responsable. On me dit que la personne n'est pas disponible mais qu'elle me rappellera d'ici une semaine.
Nous voici 6 semaines plus tard toujours sans nouvelles.
À éviter comme la peste.
1. First time I make sure with them there was a delay of 2 months before I received my papers because of an error they made in the address
2. They never changed the address
3. When renewing 2 years later they still have the wrong address so I never receive my renewal papers.
4. When I meet that my papers have expired, I decide to insure myself with another supplier because of 1-2-3.
5. They tell me it's my fault if they do not have the right address and there will be a balance to pay
6. I ask to speak with a manager. I am told that the person is not available but will call me back within a week.
Here we are 6 weeks later still without news.
To avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance company they never respond.... I gave them a call 6 times and I haven't spoken to them....they have increased my premium by 25$ every month without any notice for the renewal.
