Etant une personne dite vulnérable j'avais demande si les consignes sanitaires etaient respectées lors de la visite on m'avait dit oui....mais non pas du tout! Ils sont arrivés à 8h pile, ont expliqué le problème et enlevé le broyeur, ont remplacé toute la tuyauterie et testé amplement pour être certain que c'était bien désinstallé et que la tuyauterie était bien installée et qu'il n'y avait pas de fuites. Très professionel! Yvan responds very quickly. They advised they would be arriving between 8-9am to remove a grinder in the kitchen. They arrived at 8 a.m. sharp, explained the problem and removed the grinder, replaced all the piping and thoroughly tested to be sure it was properly uninstalled and that the piping was properly installed and that there was no leaks. Very professional!

Yvan et son équipe ont été extraordinaires! Ils ont été très professionnels et très méticuleux. Ils ont réussis à changer toute la plomberie en limitant le nombre d’ouvertures au minimum. Yvan a le souci du travail bien fait, prends son temps pour tout bien planifier, et charge un prix très raisonnable. Il a réussi à changer toute notre plomberie sans que l’on soit obligé de libérer la maison. Il a dû, bien évidemment, couper l’eau à quelques reprises mais jamais très longtemps et toujours en nous laissant des sections de la maison opérationnelles. Ils en ont même profité pour suggérer quelques améliorations que nous apprécions fortement. Nous sommes très satisfaits! Seul bémol, il faut s’y prendre d’avance car il est fort populaire et très occupé mais si vous pouvez patienter un peu, je vous garantie que vous serez entre bonnes mains. Our insurer forced us to change all our plumbing which was kitec even though the house was only 15 years old. Yvan and his team were amazing! They were very professional and very meticulous. They managed to change all the plumbing by limiting the number of openings to a minimum. Yvan cares about a job well done, takes his time to plan everything well, and charges a very reasonable price. He managed to change all our plumbing without us having to vacate the house. Of course, he had to turn off the water a few times, but never for very long and always leaving sections of the house operational. They even took the opportunity to suggest some improvements that we greatly appreciate. We are very satisfied! Only downside, you have to plan ahead because it is very popular and very busy but if you can wait a bit, I guarantee you will be in good hands.
