★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après plusieur tentative j'ai demandé un rendez-vous libre a eux de passé pendant la semaine a 2 reprise ( 2 semaine différente ) personne n'est passé chez moi et ne m'ont jamais contacté par la suite.
j'ai rappelé et ils m'ont dit qu'il passerait dimanche soir et n'e s'est pas présenté n'y appelé pour la 3iem fois.
Je ne ferais jamais affaire avec eux.
After several attempts I asked for a free meeting with them spent during the week 2 times (2 different weeks) nobody came to my house and never contacted me afterwards.
I called back and they told me he would spend Sunday night and didn't show up called for the 3rd time.
I would never do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir fixé un rendez-vous la semaine précédente, on m'avise que le plombier passera une journée plus tard. Pas de problème. La journée même pas de nouvelles. Je les contacte et ils finissent par me dire qu'ils ne pourront pas passer et qu'il faudra remettre le rendez-vous. Je pensais avoir été clair que c'était une urgence et j'aurais apprecié de la fiabilité et de la ponctualité de leur part. Au minimum m'avertir qu'ils ne pourront pas passer sans que j'aille à courir après eux alors que j'ai pris congé du travail pour les attendre. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
After making an appointment the week before, I am notified that the plumber will drop by a day later. No problem. The day did not even hear any news. I contact them and they end up telling me that they will not be able to come and that we will have to postpone the appointment. I thought I had been clear that it was an emergency and I would have appreciated the reliability and punctuality from them. At the very least, warn me that they will not be able to pass without my going chasing after them when I have taken time off from work to wait for them. I do not recommend at all.
