Pour une fois, je ne me sentais pas comme une "p'tite madame" même si je ne connais rien à la plomberie. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer, de me montrer ce qui ne fonctionnait pas et de faire les recherches pour réparer le tout. Je rappellerai sans hésiter. I particularly appreciated the honesty and respect with which the work was done. For once, I didn't feel like a "little lady" even though I didn't know anything about plumbing. He took the time to explain to me, show me what was wrong and do the research to fix it all. I will definitely call back.
