Ils sont venu dans mon immeuble faire des travaux et nous ont chargé un prix exorbitant pour de la qualité. J'ai utilisé à 2 reprises leurs services quand mon plombier n'était pas disponible et les 2 fois j'ai été très déçu. C'est la dernière fois que je me fais avoir par eux. DO NOT USE. Unless you have an emergency and are willing to pay a lot more than the competition, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They came to my building to do some renovations and charged us an exorbitant price for the quality. I used their services twice when my plumber was not available and both times I was very disappointed. This is the last time that I am taken in by them.

Même si l'entreprise n'offrait pas le service dont j'avais besoin, la personne au téléphone (Maude) a été très aidante et a pris le temps de me conseiller. Autrefois c'était normal. ces jours-ci c'est une exception. merci beaucoup. I called for information. Although the company did not offer the service I needed, the person on the phone (Maude) was very helpful and took the time to advise me. Je possède un très viel immeuble dans le Vieux-Longueuil et j'ai eu un problème avec un tuyau centenaire en fonte qui a fendu et qui fuyait. Ce fût un travail laborieux, difficile et assez long compte tenu des accès. Ils ont fait du bon travail et après plusieurs années, ça tient toujours. S'il est parfois difficile de trouver de bons entrepreneurs, je vous recommande celui-ci sans hésitation. After having dealt with Plomberie JL several times, I can say that I have always been satisfied with the work carried out as well as the professional service received. I own a very old building in Vieux-Longueuil and I had a problem with a century-old cast iron pipe that cracked and leaked. It was laborious, difficult and fairly long work given the accesses. They did a good job and after several years, it still holds. While it is sometimes difficult to find good entrepreneurs, I recommend this one without hesitation.

He rear ended my vehicle and when asked to provide valide papers (insurance, licences and the car registration paper) he decided to offer me 100$ for a damage that is 1000$ min to fix. Had to call the police to intervene due to the fact that he was unable to provide any missing information that is required in any road accident.
