Aucun retour d'appel. I called twice for an appointment, I was told that they were to call me back. The second time, I took the trouble to specify that I had already called. No return call.

Le gars avait certainement pas envie de travailler: j'avais demandé 2 travaux et soit disant il n'était là que pour un, et ne voulait pas faire le 2ème!!...Comme le premier lui a pris 5 minutes (changer un raccord), il a accepté de faire le 2ème travail (remplacer un robinet), non sans avoir dû me justifier que j'avais bien demandé les 2 travaux. Lui insistait qu'il n'avait été missionné que pour un! Et il a accepté comme s'il me faisait une fleur!....Comme si j'étais un menteur! Sérieusement? (Je suis persuadé qu'il le savait, mais il voulait sans doute rattraper son retard). Il a fait les travaux... en tirant la gueule. Les questions qu'on posait étaient répondues oui, mais ... en tirant la gueule ! Facturé 1h30 alors qu'il est resté sur place 40 minutes!...... Merci au revoir. Et pourtant il m'avait été recommandé par un ami, que je vais bien sûr aviser. Arrived late, pulling the mouth, no smile. (Dirty attitude when one is in the trade and the contact-customer young man!) The guy certainly did not want to work: I asked for 2 jobs and saying he was only there for one, and did not want to do the second !! ... As the first took him 5 minutes (change a fitting), he agreed to do the 2nd job (replace a faucet), not without having to justify me that I had indeed asked the 2 jobs. He insisted that he had only been commissioned for one! And he accepted as if he made me a flower! .... As if I were a liar! Seriously? (I'm sure he knew it, but he probably wanted to catch up). He did the work ... pulling his mouth. The questions we asked were answered yes, but ... pulling out! Invoiced 1:30 while he stayed there 40 minutes! ...... Thanks goodbye. And yet it was recommended to me by a friend, whom I will of course advise.
