Got a quick response and and received great service by Massimo, located and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.Took the time to explain the issue to tenant on how to ensure it does not happen again.

James came to assess the situation with the shower, gave good insights. it was not possible to find the original broken piece to replace so had to change the full thing. James showed up on time, explained everything clearly, found good solutions despite a weird original shower setup. would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning my hot water tank stopped working. The owner Giovanni sent two fantastic plumbers, Massimo & Brandon. They removed the old tank, replaced it with a new one, welded new modern valves and proceeded with a nice clean finish. In no time my tenants regained hot water. Such Reliable and professional service. I am so impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Giovanni and his expert team of plumbers came to the rescue the day of for repairs in my 12 unit apartment building. Catastrophic leak caused by ruptured galvanized piping after years of corrosion. Insurance refused to cover me until all the old plumbing was replaced. Giovanni reassured everything would be fine, and within two days his company replaced all my galvanized piping allowing me peace of mind and coverage from my insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night, my pipe bursted at around 11 pm. I called Giovanni and he came within 10 minutes. As soon as he got here, he was calming me down and explaining me step by step what needs to be done because I was stressed and worried. He repaired the pipe in 15 minutes. It was a fast and excellent customer service. Will be calling him for future needed repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With my 2 daughters, hair is always getting stuck in the shower drain. After a build up of a lot of hair, the shower was overflowing and not draining. I spoke to the owner Giovanni and he sent his employee Stefano within the same hour to unclog the shower drain. Stefano worked quickly and efficiently. We tried it together and it drained perfectly as if it was brand new which left me being a happy and satisfied customer. I definitely recommend this company.
