Le travail était de déplacer deux chauffe-eau et refaire les tuyaux de raccordement des chauffe-eau. Le travail a été effectué. Le soir, on a réalisé que le branchement n'était pas adéquat (notre chauffe-eau était branché sur la boite électrique de notre locataire et vise-versa). On m'a dit sur un ton condescendant: s'est rien ! Ce sont juste les fils à >. De plus, un des chauffe-eau a cessé de fonctionne le soir même (un élément surement, il était dû de toute manière). Le lendemain, il est revenu changer le chauffe-eau défectueux et refaire le branchement. Maintenant, j'ai l'autre chauffe-eau qui coule... Avec l'avis de d'autres plombiers, le travail aurait pu être fait de façon plus efficace et de meilleure qualité. Manque d'expérience ? Sûrement. Je ne recommande pas. In the evening, we realized that the connection was not adequate (our water heater was connected to the electrical box of our tenant and vice versa). I was told in a condescending tone: it's nothing! The next day, he came back to replace the defective water heater and reconnect it. Now I have the other water heater leaking ... With the advice of other plumbers, the job could have been done more efficiently and in better quality. Lack of experience ? Surely. I do not recommend.

Incapable d’avoir une date à l’avance, te propose une disponibilité en fin de journée pour le lendemain matin. N’ont pas ramasser et c’était malpropre après les travaux. Ne respecte pas l’heure d’arriver, frustré et parte en faisant crier les pneus. Je dois courir après pour avoir une soumission, toujours aucune date à me proposer après quelques mois. J’ai perdu complètement confiance en cette équipe et je songe même à faire réparer les travaux par une autre compagnie et leur envoyer la facture.
