Pliant Pack Positive Dog Training

We adopted a rescue dog this spring who came with an assortment of challenges. Plaint pack has helped us learn how to work with our dog to improve his behavior. Each in home training session was followed by an extensive report filled with not only what to do, but how and why. This has helped our family tremendously. We have also utilized their board and train service and it was AMAZING what they accomplished over 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about Emily and everyone at Pliant Pack.

Pliant pack is absolutely fantastic, the owners and trainers are all fantastic and super friendly. My dog has done pretty much everything they have to offer from online and in person classes, to board trains, day stays and train & walks. I have watched her grow into the amazing dog she is today from when I adopted her 6 months ago and it is all thanks to them. We've been working with Pliant Pack as we have a reactive dog. Our dog had been people reactive - but very dog reactive. Upon our first meeting with Emily, she was quickly able to win over our dog and took the training at our dogs level without pushing her or setting too high of expectations. It only took a few times meeting other trainers - but our dog quickly fell in love with everyone on the team. She now loves all people as the team has given our dog so much care and love throughout her training. We love that they offer so many different types of classes and sessions and they provide such great feedback that has helped us have a better understanding of our dogs behaviour. The first time we saw our dog actually playing with another dog just gave us so much relief and hope in that progress takes time - but so worth it in the end. They've also been able to adapt with covid regulations to help keep everyone safe in that they come to pick up our dog for her training without needing any contact from us. We look forward to our training days and there is no one other than Pliant Pack that we'd trust with our dog and we absolutely love working with everyone on the team!

Pliant Pack was the absolute best choice we could have ever made when it comes to our girl, Marge. As a high energy dog, they really worked with us on learning how to meet her daily needs both mentally and physically so we can rest at the end of the day knowing she is happy and fulfilled...and not destructive! We have attended classes, workshops, walk and trains and used their at home and in home boarding services. Not once have we been disappointed. All staff and owners are knowledgeable, kind, patient and really encouraging. I highly recommend them for any needs regarding your pets!!!

Offer so many different services using R+ at reasonable prices. Day school, daycare, walk and train, walk, walk and socialize, boarding (in home or at other homes), board and train, classes, virtual classes. They do it all, and have certified trainers and a certified behaviourist. Winnipeg is so lucky to have such a high quality dog training organization with such a variety of services, that even bigger cities across Canada don't have access to. I'd highly recommend Pliant Pack!

I highly recommend Pliant Pack services. To be honest, I thought there was little hope for my dogs. We love them, but they barked so much at people, we couldn't take them out and it became very stressful to have people. I had tried a number of training methods at home and various things. We had an in person training session at home. Wow, I was completely blown away at all the excellent and practical suggestions. I must say that I have an M.Sc. in Applied Behaviour Analysis so you could say I might have had a skill set to think of ideas with my dog, but I didn't. They were so bad. I was blown away at the comprehensive, thorough and ingenious recommendations from our in home training session. We saw an immediate improvement. We made a further investment in Board and Kennel services. This was an investment but one of the best ones we have made. We saw incredible progress in our dogs when they came home. We could not take our dogs anywhere before as they would aggressively bark at others, and after board and kennel, I was able to take them out to stores and to friends. They were like completely different dogs. It decreased our stress level, their stress level and has improved our family's and our dog's quality of life. Aside from the excellent training received, our trainer was amazing with our dogs. We had excellent communication throughout their stay and after. I trusted her completely and knew our dogs were in wonderful hands. I highly recommend any of Pliant Pack's services. We have had other dogs who have since passed, so had experience with various obedience classes and training services and Pliant Pack far exceeded our expectations.

Took a couple of classes with Pliant from Puppy Manners to Reactive K9, also some train & walks. In 2 years we have never socialized our reactive boy because of fear holding us back, but now he has a blast playing with other dogs at day stays almost weekly! Our 2 dogs go to Jada’s almost weekly and away from home there’s no where else I’d rather send them! You get picture updates all day long & with out a doubt she will love your dog as much as you do! Definitely recommend :)
