★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with pleasant home and Clayton. Loved the endless amount of options we could put into our house, full customization of our floor plan and any add on we desired. Once our house was completed it was better than we expected and all of the finishings turned out great. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a new home.

Trying to find a reliable contractor in the middle of the boreal forest proved to be quite challenging, then I found Pleasant Homes on the web. After a few discussions with Clayton on size and pricing we were on our way to having our new house/cabin built and delivered. Thanks to Clayton and Simon we spent the holidays in our new home. I would recommend using Pleasant Homes and their staff to anyone I know that is going to build a house. Thanks guys we love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a couple cracks in my addition ceiling which made me think it needed levelling so got an estimate which was alot more than I expected. Wanted a second opinion so was recommended Pleasant Homes because who better to know everything about mobiles but people who build them. Simon came out and took a look and told me right away that it was my roof and poor construction ( most likely just built over a deck) and took the time to explain details to me. Came out the next day to get on the roof and showed me the exact problems with shingles and an actual dip. So Simon said I didn't need leveling but that my roof needed to be replaced with proper 2X6's for support. Simon came out on his own time and I am very thankful for his knowledge, professionalism and time.
I would definitely recommend Simon and his company for your mobile needs.

He was highly professional, had great craftsmanship, explained the whole process, and went the extra mile. Would 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not speak highly enough about this company. I suffered a sewer back up in my trailer. I called a restoration company who sent out Pleasant homes. They came out on a rush basis. Simon did the initial investigation as well as some mitigation and then sent out a crew to complete the rest of the work. Jay and his helper (I feel bad I don’t remember his name) were absolutely amazing!! they were so friendly and had me laughing pretty hard. They did a very through job, explaining what they found, where they found it and what they did to fix it. Being a claims person myself I can tell you they did a stellar job and I so appreciate how quick they dealt with this issue! Thank you Pleasant Homes for saving my trailer!
