Between the kindness of staff, cleanliness of office, and their wonderful attention to the kids, we’re thankful we came back and got everything sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our clinical experience was good.
But when we received our initial quote for services we were told by your staff that our extended benefits would cover the entire bill. The procedures have been divided into two separate visits. At our second visit, after the procedure was completed the staff told me that actually our insurance didn't cover the entire bill as it exceeds the yearly cap of $2000 and I now owe $1000 for the dental work. In addition my child doesn't have any coverage for any cleanings, etc. for the remainder of 2022. If I had been informed of this I may have made another decisions about the dental procedures performed in your office. I trusted that your staff was able to process and determine insurance and because I did trust your staff, it cost me $1000 that I wasn't expecting pay.

We were more than pleased with everyone at Playtime Pediatric Dentistry, and I know the family felt well treated by the staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kiddo banged her tooth at school and we needed an urgent appointment to make sure it was still healthy, the front desk staff were able to find an appointment for us that suited our schedule. Mandeep was kind and made sure to clarify our history during the intake. Dr. Jassica did a full exam and made sure to answer my questions and concerns, we were able to make a reasonable plan as well. The office was bright, cheerful and family-friendly. I was able to keep my little with me in her stroller while my big had her check-up. Everyone was very courteous to both my kids.

My older son gets especially anxious and sensitive about trips to the dentist, but doctor Ella and her team make it a calm and pleasant experience for him. She’s wonderful with children and is fantastic with looking after their teeth. I highly recommend Playtime Pediatric Dentistry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another wonderful experience at Playtime Pediatric! I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing the staff is here. They are patient, kind and are true angels on how they treat our kids. One staff member, Erin, went above and beyond for our son. He asked if they had a sticky hand toy and she searched high and low until she found one for him.
A couple years ago when our son wasn't cooperating and cried during the appointment, the entire staff came over and sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! How many other dental places do you know do this? Our kids love it here and are never scared when we say they have a dentist appointment. Thank you so much for always giving our kids a great experience!
