★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set amongst the 5rails and woods along the Humber River, this is a picturesque location. It is a favorite spot for locals and tourists to enjoy the seasonal colours and to escape from the bustle of the city. The teail here extends far to the north to Scarlet Road and south to the Old Mill with interruption. Adjacent to the river here, there are wooden trails that feel remote and a lovely playground with swings, a good climbing structure, slides and more. There are open spaces for improvised games of baseball and soccer as well as gorgeous river views at one of the most beautiful parts of the Humber with waterfalls aplenty. Come for the fall runs of fish, the plentiful birds, shaded picnics or just scenes of pristine woods that stretch into the horizon, all nestled conveniently still in the city.
