For someone who had been there many times for my kids birthdays, I was shocked and so disappointed with the way he approached me regarding an issue. Being a place for children to play and a place of daycare, there is no way I would want my children to be around such a rude man.

We had the most incredible, amazing, top notch experience. We were greated by the owners themselves who helped us decorated the place to our liking, helped us arrange the food table and catered to our every need. We had the pleasure of having Alessia helping us theough out the evening and she was the absolute best. The place is clean, welcoming, entertaining and most importantly professional. We love it and will definitely celebrate there again. 5 stars! Shirley and george pidek

Safe and fun play spaces for the younger children while the more active, older children got to burn off some energy safely! Incredibly clean, friendly owners and staff! Can't wait to host a gathering using both the indoor space and the outdoor sports lawn.

The staff are fun to work with and take GREAT care of customers as well as the centre. I greatly enjoy interacting with both the children and the families who come to visit the Play and Party. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking parties and bringing children to play in this facility as its a clean, loving, fun and safe environment. Most importantly, there is a wide variety of area(s) for children to play.
R	Ray & Joyce at Toronto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience for this place. We hosted our daughter's 1st birthday party here, upon booking, everything sounded perfectly. Private party with the whole location to yourself, reasonable pricing, package included table clothes, balloon of your choosing...etc many attractive amenities. However, when the day comes, nothing happened as described. The playground was dirty from the last party, we had to clean the floors and tables of left over food items ourselves while our guests arriving at the same time. The hostess couldn't find the balloon that we have ordered with them, and there wasn't any table clothes for us. They agreed to give us a return play pass, however, the hostess gave us the wrong card, and while we tried to call and e-mail them many times after, they just never returned any of our messages anymore...We have two kids and have hosted many birthday parties at different indoor playgrounds, this was by far the worst experience!

The place is spotless and takes care for the children and also for their parents with lots of care and consideration. Would definitely celebrate my son's birthday at play&party and also 100% would recommend it to others!

It was fantastic, the age range was between 2 years old till 15, and all children had fun and found what to do. the party room has a great size and was enough room for all of us. I forgot to bring some stuff with me and the play & party staff brought for me everything I needed. the room was nice decorated and my guests felt comfortable to let the kids play there. I highly recommended.
