I Brought Them Here & They Did Which Earned Them Points. However, Their Buying Process Was Incredibly Slow (Waited Well Over 20 Minutes) Especially Considering They Weren't Overly Busy As A Whole. Other Places Have A Much More Efficient Buying Process. I Never Understood Why These Places Quote Cents When Buying Items From Sellers. In Other Words, Give Full Dollar Figures, Adding Cents Isn't Going To 'Sweeten The Pot' So-To-Speak.

I BROUGHT VERY EXPENSIVE DESIGNER JEANS WORTH OVER$ 275 LIKE NEW ALONG WITH MANY OTHER EXPENSIVE ITEMS AND IT TOTALLED OVER 1000.00 BUCKS. THESE WERE ALL CURRENT STYLES AND SOME PRACTICALLY NEW CLOTHES, THAT YOUNG PEOPLE ARE WEARING. UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT FIT ANYMORE. THE YOUNG GIRL OFFERED ME 67 BUCKS FOR EVERYTHING . WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM AND JOKE. MY FRIEND WHO ALSO WENT HERE TOLD ME THEY TRIED TO SCAM HER FOR EXPENSIVE ITEMS . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THEY WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING AND SELL YOUR ITEMS FOR A MUCH HIGHER PRICE THAN WHAT THEY GIVE YOU. PLEASE DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOUR AND DONT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO BASICALLY STEAL YOUR EXPENSIVE CLOTHES AND SHOES FOR NEXT TO NOTHING. HOW EMBARRASSING AND ABSOLUTELY WRONG.

I got a text message 10 minutes after I left that they were done somehow. They didn't even spend 5 minutes per box. Terrible.

I am so proud of my friends for not returning the negativity back to your other customers and staff. It is beyond unacceptable for your staff to start laughing at jokes about a persons body shape.. My friend is a large girl and went to try on a long swim suit shirt and we all over heard two grow a** woman talking about how "someone her size shouldn't be wearing swim wear," "or anything of that type of clothing, everyone else doesnt need to see it." And instead of trying to put a stop to it or even ignore it, these woman get a laughing response from the lady working at the change room. This store is clearly not a body positive space, and we cant even trust the staff to be professional. My friend did leave there in tears and without buying something that actually did fit her body size. Its is sad to think that we are in 2022 and this kind of bullying is still happening, especially from full grown adults.

For 4 items worth 100 bucks, in style and never worn they offered me 10.40$, that's low! Then I brought everything else home. My stuff is nice, don't get it. Fun to shop there, that's what I will stick too!.
