★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience with Platinum Pro-Claim. TJ was the project manager. All of his team members are specialized in their designated field of expertise, and they do a good job. My mother's house had water damage, the emergency happened on a weekend, TJ's crew was in there quick, they were professional, polite, and well organized. The demolition portion was not only well organized, there was never any mess, or debris left by any tradesperson. Tidiness and cleanliness was maintained on a constant basis. Every member of the team was polite, and respectful. TJ kept me informed play by play as to what was happening, and who will be attending the site, he maintained good communication, and was easily accessable. My mother has mobility issues, TJ ensured that her concerns were addressed without any wasted time. My mom struggles with english, TJ has a punjabi speaking colleague named Bindi, Bindi contacted my mom and explained the process to my mom in punjabi, and also made herself available, in case my mother needed to reach out to her at any time. My mom said that Bindi was warm, polite, and that it was nice that the company has someone that she could communicate with . I have zero complaints. I hope I dont have to deal with an issue like this again, but if I do, my first call will be to TJ. Thank you TJ, and all of the Platinum Pro-Claim staff and trades people.

TJ answers all your emails and questions in a timely manner and is very patient. He resolves issues and he is very knowledgeable. The trades people are very professional and understanding. TJ and his team treat your home like their own. They will ensure that you get the best service and your home is exactly the way you want it. Their work is of very high quality. Having Platinum Pro on your side will alleviate all your stress!

There was an fire in one of the buildings and the other building in my complex has smoke damage. Unfortunately our underground parkade ended up flooded as an result of this.
One employee (Brodie) went the extra mile twice by helping me get pictures of my car for my insurance claim and also to help get my car towed.
Everyone has been very helpful and friendly which makes it a bit easier dealing with the situation of my building.
I would definitely recommend Platinum!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contracted through a third-party, we were uncertain of what the experience would be like. It turned out to be the best in all categories! From our first contact with TJ who came out to determine work required, to Karla who was the efficient and professional voice that moved all the work along to the quality flooring and experts who worked on the different steps in the process. Everyone was polite/friendly, knew their stuff, followed covid protocols, and kept to the pre-arranged schedule. We had a question/concern at the end of the job that they simply replied with a 'we will fix that for you'. And they did, right away. Couldn't have asked for more - really impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Platinum Pro-Claim, Deena, Caitlin, & Marshal, were so professional. They inspected, provided sound advice, and did an expert job in our bathroom. They removed all the fixtures and vanity, cleaned everything up, and re-installed everything except the plumbing. They sent A1 plumbers in to do all the reconnects. A1 also had a top notch team.
We are so pleased with the work Platinum Pro-Claim did for us. We highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to call them in again if needed. Thanks Team PPC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a water leak on a Sunday afternoon two weeks ago. Washing machine leaked water, water seeped through the flooring and was pouring downstairs from the ceiling in the kitchen and dining area.
I'm glad I called Platinum guys. They sent two techs within two hours, they set-up drying equipment, fans, dehumidifiers, etc. and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. They came in to check the next day and the following day. They got all the trades arranged and complete the renovation work as per my schedule on time. They were very responsive, highly professional and did an excellent job. They have in-house flooring guys, painters etc. and it was seamless transition from one job to another. Great job guys and thank you very much.
Thank you TJ's team - techs, scheduler Karla, painters, flooring guy and the lady owner who took my call that Sunday afternoon and sent those two techs out right away.
It was great dealing with you guys. Thanks for the suggestions for a quick renovation and working around to meet my schedule. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My strata management company brought in Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration for some water leak work in my building. I was one of the units affected from the leak and dealt with the company a number of times over several months.
They were fairly responsive to my direct emails and shared as much information as they could. When it came time to fixing the hole in my bathroom ceiling, the team member they sent was very courteous, professional and efficient. Their team kept in good communication with me, the homeowner, and the work quality was top notch.
The hole in my bathroom ceiling was repaired with no affect on/to any of my personal belongings and the the look is seamless! Great quality of work! I would definitely use them again for any personal restoration work and I hope my strata management company continues to support them.
