★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible company with an even worse product. The hard maple flooring that I purchased was already showing scratches and dents before installation had even been completed. When I contacted the company, they brushed me off and told me to contact the store that I purchased it from.
The wood is so brittle and fragile that it even gets dented and marked up underneath an office chair mat! Furniture pads also make next to no difference.
I cannot stress this enough: do not purchase Mercier flooring unless the only thing that will come into contact with it is your feet (in socks).
