On avait pris rendez-vous sur appel pour un samedi avec tempête et un traffic et on était en retard mais il nous a quand même attendu. On cherchait du planchers d'érable et il nous a donné bcp de bons conseils à faire notre choix. Un vrai expert pour le bois. S'ils ont la couleur et le type de plancher que vous recherchez, je vous conseille fortement d'aller avec eux car vous aurez un service impeccable.
I had an excellent welcome and service with Mr. Tommy. We made an appointment on call for a stormy Saturday and traffic and we were late but he still waited for us. We were looking for maple floors and he gave us lots of good advice on making our choice. A real wood expert. If they have the color and type of flooring you are looking for, I strongly recommend that you go with them because you will have impeccable service.
