Le propriétaire m'a accordé beaucoup de son temps pour me conseiller de son mieux même s'il savait depuis le début de la discussion n'avoir rien à gagner en retour. Après avoir discuté longuement avec lui il est clair que pour lui livrer autre chose que de la qualité n'est pas une option. Bien que n'avoir pas fait faire de job chez moi, je lui ferais confiance les yeux fermés.
 Experienced and helpful flooring specialist. The owner gave me a lot of his time to give me his best advice even though he knew from the start of the discussion that he had nothing to gain in return. After having discussed at length with him it is clear that to deliver him something other than quality is not an option. Although I didn't have a job done with me, I would trust him with my eyes closed.

De plus, Ex Concept a enlevé et remis les rampes d'escalier. Le tout s'est fait avec excellence et professionnalisme et dans les délais prévus. Il faut également souligner le côté amical et cordial des travailleurs.
We did business with Exo Concept for the sanding and refinishing of floors and stairs as well as for the addition of a floor section. In addition, Ex Concept removed and replaced the stair railings. Everything was done with excellence and professionalism and on time. We must also underline the friendly and cordial side of the workers.
