After 1 hour of waiting, they finally answered me to only refer me to an email without answering my questions ... very disappointing !!

Au prix ou l'on paye nos assurances, on devrait se faire repondre sur le champ. Vous pouvez en etre certain que jamais je ne recommanderai vos services a quelqu'un. Une compagnie qui ne se souci guĂšre de ses clients ne merite pas d'etre en affaire. Honte a vous
Spending an hour on the phone trying to get answers to my questions ... in the end, no one ever answered. At the price we pay for our insurance, we should be answered immediately. You can be sure that I will never recommend your services to anyone. A company that does not care about its customers is not worth doing business. Shame on you

â â â â â This place won't stop calling us, even after we told them more than once. Just because someone is affiliated with Manuvie, it doesn't mean they're high class. Every Manuvie office manages itself in its own way, and this one clearly decided to be a telemarketing factory.
When we called, the receptionist said "it's not me who's calling you". Ya, obviously... but she can send an email to all employees telling them to stop calling me. Instead, she said "ya ya bye" (those were her words) and didn't even ask me what's the phone number that needs to be taken off the list.
