Most tenants are uncivilized, worst, Capreit, the management company torelates tenants operating Airbnb full time, total violation of borough bylaw, because those tenants accept their savage rent increase annually of 3.5%. Awared tenants have to fight their abusive rent renewal every year, and Capreit files the contest with La Régie du logement to intimidate tenants to withdraw at the end. So beware if you want to move in, you're in for a fight every year!
K	Kathy Lanoche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fact the management is perfect. Two of them really helpful. And they help lots of the stuffs for the tenants. They are new but they are really friendly. They ask to keep the building clean and really professional. Can’t find any management like this.
J	John Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently moved in. The building is old but rather clean and seems to be well kept. No bed bugs or roaches so far. Management quickly fixed a problem when asked. Security guard on the premise at night. No break in's or thefts. Some tenants are aggressive while others are nice families. The rent is high but remember everything is included. Multiple washing machines but expensive. Currently performing renovations on some floors so I expected a modern look for the place. Repair men do not respect visitation rights. I noticed several times that management has allowed for employees to enter apartments without previously notifying tenants. They say "under urgent circumstances" they can enter without your knowledge or consent. Huge privacy concern. Francis Poirer below was right.
p	parth jain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero facilities for residents. Zero transparency on prices and availability of parking and storage. Staff is unsupportive, unhelpful with no respect. I asked for car parking 2 months back and she said nothing is available for next 6 months and did not put me in waiting list. When I found out there are parking spaces she told me that someone has took it. Now she has put me on waiting list and says there is a queue in front of me. I asked for the price of the storage and she randomly gave a price of $50. When I challenged I know the price is $30, she changed the price to $30 and says she didn't knew the price so she said $50. Better is to put these kind of facilities, availability and waiting lists on the portal so that we don't have to deal with the her and on prices she gives.
