★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vais changer de pharmacie. 2 erreurs en 3 jours.... Wow. Des erreurs peuvent arriver , oui, mais la moindre des choses et d'essayer de faire semblant que l'on est désolé. Je vous conseille d'aller ailleurs.

Je cherchais un produit particulier pour mes enfants.
Arrivé dans l'allée spécifique, je me remets à ma recherche. 3 commis(es) dans cette allée, à parler de l'heure. Personne n'a détourné le regard pour saluer. Ni demander quels étaient les besoins!
J'ai finalement trouvé, sans aide. Décevant. Surtout avec l'effectif d'employés présent sur place!
It's time to revisit customer service!
I was looking for a specific product for my children.
Arrived in the specific alley, I go back to my research. 3 clerks in this alley, talking about the time. No one looked away to greet. Nor ask what were the needs!
I finally found it, without help. Disappointing. Especially with the number of employees present on site!

Une fois je suis arriver avec un colis à envoyer à l'étranger et elle as pas voulu remplir ma déclaration et elle m'a dit d'aller sur internet quand j'avais même pas accès à internet. Vraiment pas un bon service. Je vais ailleurs depuis que je suis déménager et j'ai un service en or.
Every time I went to the post office with anette. I have always had rather stupid and cold service. Once I arrived with a parcel to send abroad and she didn't want to fill out my declaration and she told me to go on the internet when I didn't even have internet access. Really not good service. I've been going elsewhere since I moved and I've had excellent service.

I brought the product back to do a exchange and at first they were giving me a hard time (I also do not speak French), but they worked with me and helped me out! She exchanged the product and I was pleased on how well they tried to communicate with me and help me! Merci!
