Mon mari est allé à ce Jean Coutu en soirée, car notre pharmacie habituelle était fermée et notre bébé avait d'horribles coliques, se tortillait de douleurs et hurlait désespérément. Bref, à son retour, il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas pu avoir quoi que ce soit pour le bébé, car la madame avait refusé de lui donner un produit quelconque pour soulager notre enfant. Elle ne lui a pas dit qu'il existait des médicaments anti-coliques en vente libre et s'est contentée de lui dire que notre bébé ne pleurait pas assez (comme si elle savait quoi que ce soit sur les pleurs de notre fils) et que nous n'avions qu'à nous rendre à l'urgence si ses coliques l'empêchaient encore de dormir!? Demain je vais aller dans une autre pharmacie! En ce moment, je suis folle de rage! Je ne savais pas encore que le Cocyntal s'offrait en vente libre et la madame a jugé mon mari et ne lui a pas parlé des options qui s'offraient à nous pour soulager les coliques de notre fils. Après tout, "c'est normal qu'un bébé, ça pleure" hein?!?? Franchement! I have never been so angry and disappointed with a pharmacy! My husband went to this Jean Coutu in the evening as our usual pharmacy was closed and our baby had horrible colic, squirmed in pain and screamed desperately. In short, on his return, he told me that he could not have had anything for the baby, because the lady had refused to give him any product to relieve our child. She didn't tell him that there were over-the-counter anti-colic medications and just told him our baby wasn't crying enough (like she knew anything about our son's crying) and that we only had to go to the emergency room if his colic still prevented him from sleeping! ? Tomorrow I will go to another pharmacy! Right now, I'm mad with rage! I did not yet know that Cocyntal was available over the counter and the lady judged my husband and did not tell him about the options available to us to relieve our son's colic. After all, "it's normal for a baby to cry" eh?! ?? Frankly!
