Pizza Salvatoré

Order a delevery at night, got a phone call telling me they will cancel my order and refund me the next day because they don't have delevery guys. No refund was provided and when I try to call them I got put in waiting for 30 minute with no answer at 1pm during the week, when they should be free to answer. I think they are making it purposely hard for me to get my refund that they already told me I will receive, since they didn't delever anything and I didn't receive any of my order. Before they ask my order code is J2G3H3G2D3H6I7 Edit: Customer support provide me with the requested refund plus a promo code, I think Pizza Salvatoré as a whole is a great restaurent chain given how they handle the issue the only probleme is this specific restaurent I think.

I just ordered a pizza and the lady that was making it was coughing a lot, she had no gloves to make the pizza then provided to touche money after. I’m not sure if she touched the pizza after. So I’m not even sure what to rate this place. 35$ to the garbage?

Decided to order for pick up despite the not so good reviews. Ordered 2 poutines a medium tao and a small with sausage. We were the only customers in the restaurant and they managed to inverse the order. We noticed when we got home, they offered a 10$ rebate on next order....so could be ok should we decide to try them again...

My friend ordered from here yesterday, only to show me how bad the pizza was! We ordered for delivery, and waited 45 minutes before getting a call asking if we still wanted our order processed, or if we were willing to cancel it. We went through with the order, and were told it would be another 45 minutes to have it processed and delivered. The pizza arrived, and it looked great, but the taste was very bland! From chewy crust to cheap sauce and stale cheese, this was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Without serious change, this place will never last.

Ordered the meat lovers pizza and was so disappointed. Looked like a pepperoni pizza with a couple pieces of ham thrown on. Pizza was over cooked and tasted burnt. Way over priced. We decided to try something new with this place and it fell flat. A frozen pizza in the oven would have been 100% better than our pizza Salvatore. My recommendation, don’t waste you money on this pizza!

Ordered for pickup at 6:00. Arrived at 6, but there was a lineup so I waited about 5 minutes. No problem. Received my order, could tell it was nice and hot. I went to the car, checked everything, and realized one item was missing (curly fries with some kind of sauce). Went back, but there was now a big line. The cashier who had served me was on the phone while a second cashier served customers. The one on the phone did acknowledge me, but on two occasions she put the phone on hold to go to the kitchen and talk to the other staff. When she finally got off the phone, she asked if I had a question. I explained what happened and she went to the kitchen to talk to her coworkers again. She told me it would be made for me and would take 5 minutes. My point of view is that since I had come back right away, my order still in my hands, there was obviously a problem. When she put the customer on hold (either the first or second time), she could have asked me what was wrong. Had she done so, they could have completed my order by the time she finished the phone call. Instead, I had to continue waiting even longer. I finally left at 6:30, half an hour after my pickup time. When I got home, I was still missing the sauce for the fries... We called the restaurant to complain, but the manager wouldn't talk to us because they're "not comfortable speaking English." Ultimately, they did offer 50% off on our next order, but unfortunately, there won't be a next order. Despite the price, the food was average, with small portions. My wife barely ate because she found it too salty. Edit to say that this was the Gatineau location on Paiement. They are a new location, so they will hopefully improve, but they need to learn better customer service (the customer in your lobby takes precedence over the one on the phone) and the quality/ portions of the food needs work.

I really don't think it deserves a 3, I'd give it a 3.5. The place is clean and the girl at the checkout was very nice. The pizza( fan viande 14'')in general was tasty and the dough was nice, however I think it is really expensive.

I am always looking for the best pizza and this one just did not deliver. It was definitely on the salty side. The sauce had a bit of heat to it which was surprising but the overall pizza felt very heavy. I ate one slice and didn't want any more. And usually leftover pizza is a huge hit in my household but not this time around.
