N	Nishan Palakrishnan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My horrible customer service experience first stated on the phone conversation when the lady on the other side of the line made me repeat my order about three or four times. I ordered a butter chicken poutine as well as the half-moon cheesy bread. When I go to pick it up twenty minutes later, I asked about my order and the lady didn't have a clue to where it was. She goes in and out of the back two or three times then tells me it'll take another five minutes. Five minutes later, I go in and wait for another few minutes and talk to another gentlemen. He checks on my order then says it'll be another 10-15 minutes for an order I've already placed now thirty minutes ago. I tell him I order ages ago and he goes in and comes out and then says 2-3 minutes then comes back 5 minutes later with it. Even pizza doesn't take that long too cook and I wasn't in on a busy day. When I finally received my food after a god awful time of waiting, I drive away and open my food to find no chicken at all in my butter chicken poutine. It was just sauce and fries, not even cheese.

Called earlier today for a pickup, was my first order so I mistakenly asked for any pickup deal going on, the girl who picked up the call was the rudest of all rude people in the world. She was ruder than my boss, (And my boss is rude all the time without any reason). Staying on track, pizza is another thing, the first thing is customer service, and that girl won the prize in that. Cheers! To store owner- Please , dont reply me with that “Free pizza comment”. It is not a fake review or some. No customer likes a bad/rude treatment especially for the very first time he/she is ordering something. Thank you.
K	Kavas S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, they should learn to read the order online correctly. I asked for 20 wings with suicide sauce. He gave me one small sauce container on the side and expects me to make it fit enough for 20. First of all I asked the wings to be mixed in with sauce and they said put it on the side. When I called to ask for a replacement or a refund he continuously swore at me in his language and English. His wife was in the background saying swear words too. Learn customer service before you run a business. The other location on Bovaird is way better service. When I mentioned that when I order this same order on Uber eats he told me that Uber eats is different: so guys make sure u order on Uber eats cause they only read instructions on Uber eats orders. Regular online orders they ignore and give you whatever the hell they want to give you. These people really need a reality check.

When i went inside, the girl at the front showed me a big attitude without any reason and even i was not able to hear her.. Worst customer service..then we added potato wedges, 2 dips and 2 drinks it comes into $31 ??

They didn't give any pops, and on calling they said they forgot to add them to order. Then we realised they only had given 2 dips too, so we called them and they said come look at the camera tapes. No respect for the customer or admitting their mistake. Never go to this place unless if you're ready for some verbal abuse.
