Upon opening the box at home, I found that one topping was missed and another (green olives) was added instead. I called PizzaPizza customer service and they advised that they will have the same order made again at the store. I went there and the manager came to attend to me personally. He addressed my issue and apologized for not getting the order right the first time. Though, I would have liked the order to be correct the first time; however, the customer service I received from the store was more than satisfactory. Mistakes can happen, but it was addressed in a very efficient and nice way.

He’s just writing this for the show, I did complain and he didn’t do anything about it at that time. one of the worst pizza locations I ever been too. Made my pizza so bad I almost felt like puking. After I complained they told me i made the pizza bad.

Food quality is cheap as they use their own specs of measurement, dough and sauce…toppings you can count, very limited along with plenty of mistakes. tired of this location and lack of corrective action from head office.
r	rahul dhiman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly visit at this plaza, but today when i went I ordered the same pizza, a girl took my order and prepared it, but i think that was the worst pizza i ever have. I gave her feedback but her attitude was very rude, moreover, i was talking to her and she just back off from my face, i was giving her the feedback and she said “whatever” and just went off. At the same location there is a boy from Haryana India but he is best at customer service i think. this location need to get hire new employees like that Haryana guy.
r	rupinder kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there would be option for 0 star i would love to give that to this pizza location.this is third time with me,i ordered a pizza and they gave half cooked pizza which was not well cooked or evn the dough colour same ,,,then i complain and they make pizza second time which was not according to my toppings and sauce and then they refused to make another one,,then i ordered a half moon cheese bread and it was again not cooked properly,,,The staff and cook was shouting behind for giving and making all stuff again for us.This is really very bad experience.i really reccomend this pizza location to everyone to go and get that experience,,So that there owner can pay attention towards his staff and cook. Disappointed?

Second i call them, the guy there transfer me to customers service, then even i have the pizza in front of me i have paid the money on delivery, but the guy told me that i have never ordered the pizza from them. Its funny, so i would recommend you all to buy pizza from them to have a same experience like me.?

Although Pizza Pizza is a franchise, i have noticed that not all the cook bring the same taste of pizza, and hence I am particular about what store I would have pizza from when I really want just pizza for the day. This is a new store that i had to try as I was starving that day. Surprisingly, the pizza was delicious and exactly how I wanted it to be. Store was clean, less staff Of course due to capacity limits during Covid. Covid-19 protocols were fairly observed. I would liked if they would have strict following of these protocols. Specially the order takers/cashier. They should we sanitizing or washing hands after touching foreign objects(eg.phone) I would like to see improvement in this area the next time I visit. Overall good food experience!
