★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just walked in to buy a slice a pizza. I was told I could not be on the phone while ordering a Slice of pizza? @PizzaNova ? Is this your policy ? Future more when I said I wouldn't the guy called the police and threatened to put me in jail ? What kinda Mickey mouse company is this ? I have a video and I recorded the whole Incident? If pizza nova actually cares about the customers and how they are treated they would ask me for the video but so far all I got over the phone when I called the call centre to complain was we talk to the employee and tell them to start talking Nicely ? That was the way pizza nova handles business ? Will not be going to this location untill I hear that employee was dealt with accordingly ? Shame on you Pizza Nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was great. We ordered two pizza bruschetta and regular (pineapple and banana peppers) it was unique in its own way❤️. Saying because we tried this combination almost everywhere and it was just distinctive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always ordered pizza from this place and loved it. However, the last few times the pizza was not what we had come to expect: Dough was thicker and the bottom was hard. Change of ownership maybe? Anyway, the other day, our family decided to try the Centre street location instead. That did not work either because it was located further away and pizza was cold by the time we got it. We may give this location another try...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went tonight at 12 pm to get a pizza. Customer service guy would not acknowledge me. Took about 10 minutes because he was yapping away with a friend at the counter about "Latin IPTV". Terrible service. Money is best spend elsewhere. Pizza also sucked. I mean if the pizza was good at least I can put up with obnoxious customer service but pizza sucked. He and his friend and their party were making a mess out of the store. Despicable service. Only see this stuff in movies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pickup order on Uber eats. I arrived there on designated time and the guy literally ignored for at least 10 mins. No one was wearing mask in the back and it was the worst experience I’ve ever came across. The guy was using his phone looked at me and kept ignoring me. Then some elderly person came out without wearing a mask and without washing his hands he handed in my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to Pizza Canadian do love their Pizza! Pizza Nova has had a long-standing tradition here in Canada and as pizza restaurants go there are differences if you don't know.
Pizza Nova always has some of the best fresh toppings so the price might be medium but don't hesitate to order a large. They have decent dips and pricing on Beverages and the staff are usually very friendly and most locations and usually it's great quality Pizza with a delicious crust not too greasy light and delicious and fresh toppings.
Some people like Domino's or little ceasers... which is heavier pan pizza and stuff... all pizza places are slightly definitely but the great people at Pizza Nova make fresh Quality Pizza with great fresh ingredients daily!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the bruschetta pizza and added the grilled chicken on top, for some reason the chicken was salty and also burnt as it seems like something was on it (seasoning). Usually the chicken was never seasoned with anything crazy before. I attached 2 pictures of the sane pizza, look how different it looks.
Two pizza cooks at the back had their nose exposed as well, one of them helped me and also had his mouth exposed. Come on Pizza Nova, covid is still on and you can't do this when you're playing with food making pizzas! Mask your nose and mouth!
