He felt so terrible because he couldn't find the entrance to our building. What a very kind person. Everything we ordered was correct. And served very hot! Very happy with the service in general. And to the delivery person, thank you. And good luck with the new job! Keep up the positive attitude!

What I didn't like is how they charged me to swap an ingredient in the same price category. So I paid the normal price plus a charge for an extra ingredient when there wasn't an extra ingredient. They explained to me their system didn't allow them to swap an ingredient for another, which I then felt lied to because I never had this issue with the pizza hut on Montreal rd I used to go to. But I'd give 5 stars for the cashier, she was very friendly and kind.

Made the effort to put in card info online and paid nearly $10 in delivery fee and tip to be told to come down to the building lobby to find him waiting in my building without a mask on. Tried to call the store to lodge the complaint and no one picks up. I waited so long on the phone I got the call centre in Montreal who couldn't even convey that happened. Will not get delivery from here again.

The pizza seriously looked like they do in ads! The customer service is what was truely amazing! Shout out to Aras for being so awesome and helpful!! Update: we ordered again for Halloween and again pizza was top notch and Aras was amazing. Adding photos of our order to show just how well made the pizza was!

C	Camie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish this location was not our delivery location it is not as close as one of the others and the food from this one is never as good. They also do not make their own marinara sauce which I didn't know was a thing. I thought all Pizza Huts did at least everyone I have ever had while living in the US did. The prepackaged Heinz is lazy and disgusting. I wont ever be back unless you make your marinara sauce like a real Pizza Hut should. So far there is 1 location in the city that seems to actually uphold a strong Pizza Hut name with ingredients and cooking and that's the Walkley bank location. I think the other 2 locations in Ottawa need to take some cooking classes from them and learn how to make real sauce.
C	C Arm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the beyond meat pizzas delivered earlier in the week. They made the whole process a breeze and I was satisfied with the pizza. The driver was also really nice which was cool. Overall the beyond meat is good, but if you’re vegan they don’t have a cheese yet that is plant based, so it’s not the greatest, but still a great option!
