★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza never tasted as ?. I think the dough is spoiled. I brought to the notice of the outlet but they never responded properly. Then I took the pizza to show them.. they just ignored telling they will inform their boss... Disappointed with the pizza hut Sherbrooke est.

They forget product and ask you to pay for it and say they will come back with the missing product. They never did, I called the restaurant and they said "sorry we didn't know, we will send you right away" once again, they never did. A bunch of incompetent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was never a fan of Pizza Hut, until I tried this crust with cheese inside! Didn't even know they do that!
I don't remember the pizza I had, but I definitely loved the taste of the crust. Not all pizza places can offer tasty crust and I usuallt always throw away those edges.
Not this time! It's worth a lot to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it in 2020, pizza was so undercooked the dough was still raw. Finally decided to give them another chance, and surprise, goopy pizza again with clumps of dough literally falling off. Have never had this problem before with any other Pizza Hut. Big yikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza came in kind of late, because the delivery person forgot to bring the bill or something. When I opened the box, the pizza was squished on one side, and it was not the topping I ordered. I called them up, they said that they were gonna send another pizza with the right topping. The person with whom I spoke on the phone insisted that I give back the first pizza for some reason? I guess they prefer to throw it away and make us wait 3x the time for our meal, rather than giving a customer a free pizza as compensation for their mistakes.
Their website currently says that all their orders are contact free, and need to be paid online. But there's no option to pay online during checkout, and you end up having to pay at the time of delivery.
It took an hour and a half to get the right pizza. Upon delivery of the second pizza, the delivery person told me I could keep the first pizza... I don't know what the manager on the phone was thinking

1 year ago - 2 Time buying breadsticks...both time they were burned...all of it . Will. Not. Buy. Again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Pizza Hut i know. They made mistakes in every single thing we ordered and they were whining when we ask politely to do it again with no mistakes and ended up by doing it fast and messy and not even the right way.
